Job summary

Colliers International seeks an experienced project management professional to lead Office Space Fit-Out installations for client sites across the United States. The role focuses on coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and ensuring design and construction align with workplace standards.

You will act as SME for planning and programming, coordinating IT, AV, and security integrations while communicating clearly with owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Seasoned experience in fit-out, AV installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security for design and construction phases.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret schedule data and communicate solutions.
• Ability to learn client-specific software and be tech-savvy.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Word and SharePoint.
• Five years’ experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software.
• IWMS systems and web-based PM tools experience.
• Understanding the project life cycle and driving data to manage master schedule and budget.
• Ability to ID critical issues, analyze schedules, and report concisely.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management.
• Lead on-site construction activities for office and industrial capital projects with emphasis on MEP work.
• Seasoned SME in Office Space Fit-Out installations focusing on finishes and specialty installs.
• Lead planning and programming to integrate facilities components into design and execution.
• Lead IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into docs.
• Coordinate RFIs with approved change flow.
• Serve as a key liaison during programming, design, construction documents and execution phases.
• Moderate project meetings; maintain agendas and minutes; track action items.
• Monitor budget and milestones; document changes for audit purposes.
• RFPs, interviews, and cost analysis for project team selections.
• Oversee FF&E and third-party procurement processes.
• Manage cost, change control, and engage the construction team for VE or updates.
• Coordinate with owner’s consultants and contractors.
