Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced on-site Project Manager/SME for Office Space Fit-Out and amenity areas. You will lead planning, design integration, and execution at client sites, coordinating IT, AV, and architectural components while ensuring workplace standards are met.

Role emphasizes strong client liaison, RFI management, and cross-functional collaboration with design, procurement, and construction teams across multiple locations in the US.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management or engineering.
• Tenant improvement project management experience is critical.
• Experience with fit-out, AV installations, and FF&E.
• Familiarity with MEP, AV, IT and security in design/construction phases.
• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner/Client liaison and lead planning for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out projects.
• Manage on-site construction activities and adherence to project standards.
• Coordinate RFIs, design documents, and cost controls with stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation.
• Oversee budget, milestones, and schedule changes; document deviations for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with Architect/Interior Designer, Procurement, GC, and IWMS teams.
