Job summary

Colliers is seeking a senior Project Manager/Subject Matter Expert to oversee Office Space Fit-Out projects on diverse US sites, including on-site coordination with Owners, clients, and design teams. Strong MEP, AV and IT coordination, budget control, and RFI management are essential.

Candidate will lead planning, design, and execution, coordinating with architects, interior designers, procurement, and general contractors, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are achieved.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Seasoned experience in fit-out, audio visual installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security regarding when both design and construction are required.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management, main point of contact for Owner/Client.
• Lead planning and programming for office/industrial capital projects on campus with emphasis on MEP work.
• Lead IT, Security and A/V planning, programming and integration into architectural and mechanical documentation.
• Coordinate RFIs and ensure documentation approval flow.
• Coordinate and manage project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Support cost management, change control, and value engineering with construction team.
