Job summary

Colliers is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive office space fit-out and related capital projects at client sites across the US. You will act as the on-site SME, coordinating planning, design, and execution with owners, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality spaces that meet workplace standards.

You will manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, and IT/AV integration, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience of Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Seasoned experience in fit-out, audio visual installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security regarding when both design and construction are required.
• Five years’ experience with MS Project OR similar scheduling software

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management, main point of contact for Owner/Client
• On-site lead for all construction activities related to office and industrial capital projects with emphasis on MEP
• Lead planning and programming to ensure facilities operational components are incorporated into the overall project design
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V equipment planning and integration into documentation
• Manage RFIs, changes, and approvals; document punch lists and close-out
• Moderate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking
• Oversight of budget, milestones, and schedule development
• RFP generation, vendor interviews, and cost comparisons
• Oversee FF&E and 3rd party procurement; drive cost control and value engineering
• Collaborate with owner’s consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
