Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced on-site project leader for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and related amenities. You will drive planning, documentation, and execution for capital office projects, interfacing with Owners/Clients and design teams on site in the U.S.

This role emphasizes MEP, AV, IT coordination and rigorous schedule management. You will oversee RFIs, change control, and close-out, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality finishes and compliant installations across

Qualifications

• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Experience with fit-out, audio visual installations and FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security for design and construction.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret schedule data and propose solutions.
• Proficient with MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage RFIs.
• Experience leading project teams through design, documentation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage Owner/Client interface and lead planning for office/industrial capital projects.
• Lead on-site activities for fit-out installations and associated finishes.
• Coordinate IT, Security, and A/V planning and integration with design docs.
• Oversee RFI processes and maintain approved change workflows.
• Lead meetings, track actions, and manage project directories and punch lists.
• Support budget, milestones, and cost control across the master schedule.
