Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager/ SME to lead Office Space Fit-Out installations and related IT, Security, and A/V planning at client sites. You will coordinate with design teams, owners, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals and budgets.

The role requires extensive experience in tenant improvements, MEP coordination, and cost control, with a remote work arrangement across multiple U.S. locations. Apply to join a leader in workplace solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Strong experience in fit-out, audio visual installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security regarding when both design and construction are required.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management, main point of contact for Owner/Client.
• Lead on-site construction activities related to office and industrial capital projects with emphasis on MEP.
• Seasoned SME in Office Space Fit-Out installations with attention to finishes and specialty installations.
• Lead planning and programming to ensure facilities operational components are incorporated into the design.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into architectural docs.
