Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Office Space Fit-Outs and associated IT/AV planning. You will act as the on-site owner liaison, directing planning, design, and execution of complex capital projects with a strong emphasis on MEP work.

The role requires 12+ years in PM/Architecture/Construction Management, with tenant improvement experience and fluency in scheduling and cost control. Remote-friendly, nationwide opportunities across the US.

Qualifications

12+ years experience in PM, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
Experience with fit-out, AV installations and FFE.
Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security responsibilities.
Strong scheduling and cost-control capabilities.
Ability to learn client software applications and use MS Office/SharePoint effectively.

Responsibilities

Owner/Client interface and lead for Owner/Client relations.
Oversee on-site office and industrial capital projects with emphasis on MEP work.
Lead Office Space Fit-Out installations with attention to finishes and specialty installs.
Plan and program facilities components into overall project design and execution.
Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into docs.
Manage RFIs, approvals, and changes with clear written communication.
Lead meetings, set agendas, track action items, and maintain directories.
Monitor budget, milestones, and schedule changes for audit purposes.
