Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced on-site Project Manager for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and amenity areas. You will lead planning, IT, Security, and A/V integration, coordinate with Owner and design teams, and drive the project through design and execution phases.

The role emphasizes MEP focus, cost control, schedule management, and strong stakeholder communication on a multi-location enterprise site. Extensive experience in Tenant Improvement is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in PM, architecture, construction mgmt, or engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project mgmt experience is critical.
• Fit-out, AV installations and all aspects of FFE experience.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security regarding when both design and construction are required.
• Strong analytical skills to understand schedule data and propose solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and client software applications.
• Experience with MS Project OR similar scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management; main contact for Owner/Client.
• On-site lead for office and industrial capital projects with emphasis on MEP work.
• SME in Office Space Fit-Out installations; manage planning and programming.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into docs.
• RFI coordination and written change control with approval flow.
• Lead meetings; maintain directories; track action items and minutes.
• Oversee budget, milestones, and cost changes; document deviations.
