Job summary

SoCore Installation Services LLC seeks a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support ENGIE Distributed Solar & Storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create/close POs, monitor work status, and resolve invoice discrepancies, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment including compliance documentation and reporting.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and service documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for record-keeping and updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with project managers, vendors, and legal/tax teams.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites with backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track parts, vendor activity, and invoicing issues.
