Job summary

SoCore Installation Services LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support ENGIE Distributed Solar & Storage operations, with initial focus on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with regional teams, customers, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar projects.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and related compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices and multi-tasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and status updates.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and timely, accurate work.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar CRM, procurement, and field-service tools.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup for other assets.
• Review field-service reports, save documentation, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts, and coordinate invoice and documentation issues.
