ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with a focus on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional teams, vendors, and customers.

You will use Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop to maintain service records, track purchase orders, and resolve invoice discrepancies, while ensuring compliance with prevailing-wage

Qualifikationen

• Requires a minimum bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field-service activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and ability to maintain compliance documentation.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop and standard MS Office/SharePoint tools.

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support as needed.
• Review field-service reports, file documentation, and update Salesforce cases.
