Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, initially focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create and close purchase orders,

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years coordinating construction, operations, or similar project activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliant documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, POs, invoices, and field-service records.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save documents, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts, and coordinate invoicing/documentation resolution.
