Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, with a focus on battery energy storage systems.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with regional service managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors, using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets to maintain service records and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance or field-service.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and related compliance tasks.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, POs, invoices, and documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track vendor activity and resolve invoice issues.
