Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing initially on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create and close purchase orders, track work status, and review

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment with compliant documentation or reporting.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for accurate record-keeping and status communication.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions with project managers, service managers, contractors, vendors, customers, and legal/tax teams.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar CRM/procurement/field-service tools.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, attach supporting docs, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, monitor parts/vendor activity, and resolve invoice/payment/documentation discrepancies.
