Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, focusing initially on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.

Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create purchase orders, monitor work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of project coordination experience.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliance reporting.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, and purchase orders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint for record-keeping.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support as needed.
• Review field-service reports, save documentation, and update Salesforce cases with work completed.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoicing issues.
