Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on strategic contracts. You will oversee multi-project programs, manage milestones and budgets, and coordinate with government partners across agencies.

The role requires 10+ years of delivering complex, agile technology programs, experience with government contracting, and strong leadership of large teams. This remote-friendly position offers collaboration and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience working with state government agencies and government contracting compliance.
• Leading large-scale agile teams and delivering complex projects.
• Ability to manage milestones, dependencies, and risk at scale.
• Familiar with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and CI/CD practices.
• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel to Richmond, VA and east coast hours.
• Proven track record leading agile teams of 50+ staff.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and resolve them with the delivery team and program stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of broader project landscape and opportunities/risks; pursue surge CLINs and negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to solve problems across delivery.
• Support delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners.
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and other delivery leads.
• Manage contracts and finances within the portfolio with the finance team.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava's policies and guidance at the program level.
