Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for a portfolio of strategic government contracts. You will oversee multi-project delivery, manage risks, and align teams to contract milestones and success metrics.

You will scale agile delivery, coordinate with finance and subcontractors, and ensure compliant, transparent operations. This role requires state/government experience, east-coast hours, travel to Richmond, VA, and a commitment to Nava's

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs.
• Experience leading large agile delivery teams and programs.
• Solid understanding of government contracting and compliance.
• Ability to manage milestones, dependencies and complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively detect risks and resolve issues with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of project landscape and grow the program with new opportunities.
• Collaborate across projects and organizations to anticipate and solve delivery problems.
• Support delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners.
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and delivery leads.
• Manage contracts and finances within the portfolio with the finance team.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava policies at the program level.
