Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on a group of strategic government contracts. You’ll be responsible for client trust, team health, staffing, contract management, and growth initiatives while ensuring delivery excellence.

As a senior leader, you’ll manage large-scale projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold Nava’s policies. This role requires East Coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA by air or train, with

Qualifications

• Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs or projects.
• Experience working with state government agencies and government contracting, including audit trails.
• Lead and grow agile development teams and manage large-scale projects with milestones, dependencies and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Exceed government partner expectations by building strong relationships and maintaining high situational awareness at the agency level.
• Proactively detect risks and collaborate with delivery teams to resolve issues spanning delivery, process, culture, staffing, and finances.
• Engage clients continuously to understand vision, solve issues, and transparently communicate progress.
• Grow the program with surge CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve problems and set program standards for delivery excellence.
