Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for a group of strategic government contracts. You will oversee delivery outcomes, staffing, contract management, and profit & loss while maintaining trust with partners.

With 10+ years of program leadership experience, you will mentor teams, manage milestones and dependencies, address risks, and pursue opportunities across projects, contracts, and negotiations to drive successful mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Experience working with or for state government agencies, with solid understanding of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-team projects with complex milestones and risk management.
• Proven ability to develop and manage agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Exceed government partner expectations by building trusted relationships and maintaining high situational awareness at the agency level.
• Detect risks early and collaborate with delivery teams to resolve issues across delivery, process, culture, and staffing.
• Engage clients to understand their vision, address needs, and report progress transparently.
• Grow programs by identifying new opportunities, CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects and the organization to proactively solve problems and maintain delivery standards.
