Qualifications

• Experience leading government-facing software or cloud projects.
• Ability to work East Coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA by plane/train.
• Experience with state government contracting and audits.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-team delivery.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices.
