Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement across strategic government contracts. You will manage client trust, team health, staffing, contract management, and growth, drawing on over a decade of experience with large projects.

The role requires leading agile teams, ensuring risk mitigation, and coordinating with finance for contract changes while upholding Nava's delivery standards.

Qualificações

• Must have experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Must work east coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA by air or train.
• Experience with state government agencies, contracting, and audit trails.
• Experience leading large-scale agile teams and complex projects.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and CI/CD practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain high situational awareness at the agency level.
• Detect risks early and resolve them with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Engage clients to understand needs and transparently report progress.
• Grow the program with opportunities, options years, and vendor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve cross-team problems.
• Support delivery environments built on trust between government partners and Nava.
