Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic government contracts. You will oversee multiple projects, manage risks, and align delivery with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Will coordinate with finance, legal, and engineering teams, mentoring PMs and ensuring scalable, value-driven outcomes in a remote-friendly, collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs
• Must work East Coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA for this role
• Experience with state government agencies and understanding of contracting and audits
• Experience leading agile development teams at scale
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects with milestones, dependencies and integrations
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and CI/CD practices
• Highly organized with a focus on sustainable, culture-conscious delivery
• Strategic delivery planning and contract management over mid- to long-term horizons
• Broad situational awareness beyond the immediate team
• Experience managing Paid Family Leave Benefits programs
• Experience working with state or large city governments
• Proven leadership of 50+ staff in agile technology teams
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Track record of agile transformation with clients
• Experience managing production operations alongside product development
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Work authorization not requiring visa sponsorship
• May be subject to a government background check or security clearance

• Grow the program through surge contracts, option years, and subcontractor negotiations
