Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery and client engagement for a portfolio of strategic government contracts.

You will own client trust, staffing, contract management, and growth, coordinating with finance and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes across multi-project programs. This remote-first role requires East Coast hours with travel to Richmond, VA as needed, and a focus on building mutual trust, scalable delivery, and ongoing client

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Must work east coast hours and easily travel to Richmond, VA by direct flight, short connecting flight OR train/car.
• Experience working with or for state government agencies, with solid understanding of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails.
• Experience with leading and growing agile development teams and managing a project at scale.

Responsibilities

• Exceed the expectations of our government partners by cultivating strong, trusting relationships and maintaining high situational awareness at the agency level.
• Proactively detect risks and work collaboratively with the delivery team and program stakeholders to resolve them.
• Engage clients to ensure their needs are met or exceeded, understand their vision, and communicate progress transparently.
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and other delivery leads.
• Manage all contracts and finances within your portfolio in coordination with the finance team.
