Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. seeks a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic government contracts. You’ll oversee trust, team health, staffing, contracts, and profit & loss, with a focus on delivering high-value public services.

Senior PM with 10+ years in delivery and client relationships will guide cross-functional teams and manage complex programs across government partners, ensuring timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs.
• Must work east coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA.
• Experience with state government agencies and government contracting.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-team projects.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and CI/CD practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; empathetic relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client trust and manage delivery across contract milestones.
• Detect risks early and coordinate with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Engage clients to align on vision and report progress transparently.
• Grow the program with new opportunities and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to preempt cross-team issues.
• Support development of delivery environments based on mutual trust.
• Lead a team of project managers and delivery leads.
• Ensure contract management and financial coordination with finance.
• Uphold standards for delivery excellence and adherence to Nava policies.
• Participate in setting company objectives and key results.
