Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic government contracts. You’ll ensure trust, health, staffing, and profitability while guiding multiple large-scale projects.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years’ experience in delivery and client relationships, with strong agile background. Remote-friendly, travel to Richmond, VA, and east coast hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
• Must work east coast hours and be able to travel to Richmond, VA by flight or rail.
• Experience with state government agencies, government contracting, and audit trails.
• Experience leading large-scale agile development teams and programs.
• Ability to manage milestones, dependencies, and complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Exceed government partners' expectations by building strong relationships and maintaining high situational awareness at the agency level.
• Proactively detect risks and work with delivery team and stakeholders to resolve them.
• Engage clients to ensure needs are met or exceeded and communicate progress transparently.
• Grow program scope with surge CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve delivery challenges.
• Support creation of delivery environments built on mutual trust with government partners.
• Scale efforts through a team of project managers and delivery leads.
• Coordinate contract modifications with the finance team.
• Set and uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava policies at the program level and contribute to company objectives.
