Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-project enterprise technology and infrastructure programs for strategic clients, owning program health, governance, and outcomes end to end.

The role partners with executives, delivery leaders, sales, and finance to align related projects against business objectives, contractual commitments, and operational capacity. Remote role with a culture of coaching and transparent feedback.

Qualifications

Must be based in the United States.
8+ years managing complex technology projects.
3+ years managing multi-project programs.
Experience leading enterprise infrastructure deployments (data centers, network, cloud, AI infra).
Demonstrated financial acumen and strong governance/portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

Own overall program success with roadmaps aligned to objectives.
Track schedule, scope, budget, risks, and customer satisfaction across projects.
Lead executive-level meetings and present health dashboards to leadership.
Forecast revenue and resources with project managers and delivery leaders.
Monitor margins, review change orders, and surface financial risks.
Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies for programs.
Mentor PMs, drive accountability, and remove obstacles.
Build trusted executive relationships and resolve escalations.
