Myriad360 is seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead complex, strategic technology and infrastructure programs from inception to value delivery. You will own program health, governance, and outcomes, guiding cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders toward measurable business results.

You will forecast resources and revenue, partner with Finance and Delivery Leadership, and ensure alignment with contractual commitments and Myriad360 delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Strong executive communication skills and presence.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams to outcomes.
• Experience overseeing complex enterprise technology programs.
• Proven financial and governance oversight for programs.
• Comfort leading executive-level meetings and dashboards.
• Experience with portfolio reporting and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own overall success of one or more strategic client programs and develop roadmaps aligned with objectives.
• Align related projects to goals, balance priorities, drive long-term execution.
• Maintain visibility into program health: schedule, scope, budget, risks, and satisfaction.
• Ensure governance standards are followed and raise issues early.
• Lead executive-level meetings and present program health dashboards.
• Translate technical delivery into clear business outcomes and insights.
• Forecast revenue and resource needs with Finance and Delivery Leadership.
• Monitor margins, review changes, and manage financial visibility.
