Job summary

Global Partners seeks a Senior Enterprise IT Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional programs and bridge technical delivery with business leadership. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage risks, and ensure programs maximize business value through disciplined governance and execution.

This executive-facing role requires strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex dependencies while delivering tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable execution plans.
• Strong executive engagement and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven risk, dependency and governance management across multiple workstreams.
• Advanced business and financial acumen with enterprise impact awareness.
• Proficient in establishing governance and operating rhythms across programs.
• Experience managing vendors and partners to deliver expected outcomes.
• PMP certification and Prosci Change Management expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs aligned to business objectives.
• Serve as primary accountability for program outcomes, health, and risk.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable plans across workstreams.
• Manage program finances: budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans with dependencies and path.
• Continuously assess health, identify trade-offs, and adjust direction.
• Synthesize inputs for a program-level view of progress and decisions.
• Partner with executives to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
• Define and lead governance with forums, teams, and decision structures.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure value realization.
• Drive change management and adoption plans with business leaders.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboard communications.
