Job summary

Public Partnerships LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation to lead cross-functional technology initiatives that support self-directed care programs. You will align business and technical needs, develop detailed project plans, and drive accountability across stakeholders.

The role requires senior-level project management experience with ERP or large-scale enterprise platforms, and the ability to navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM) or equivalent are required.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience on large ERP programs.
• Experience leading ERP data migration, integration, and post go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cross-functional, complex technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects, track milestones, and manage changes.
• Engage senior leadership, drive collaboration across departments, and maintain momentum.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee vendor management and program governance for enterprise deployments.
