Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex enterprise technology and infrastructure programs, partnering with executives and delivery leaders to drive measurable business value. You will own program health, governance, and outcomes, aligning cross-functional teams to contract, capacity, and financial goals while communicating risk and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of managing complex technology projects.
• 3+ years of managing multi-project programs.
• Demonstrated financial acumen.
• Strong understanding of project governance.
• Experience with portfolio reporting.
• Experience with enterprise technology delivery environments (data centers, network, cloud, IT).
• Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall success of one or more strategic client programs and develop roadmaps aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Align related projects to program goals, balance competing priorities across workstreams, and drive strategic planning and long-term execution.
• Maintain visibility into program health across schedule, scope, budget, risks, and resource utilization.
• Ensure governance standards are consistently followed and escalate issues before they impact delivery.
• Lead executive-level customer meetings and present program health dashboards to leadership.
• Translate technical delivery into clear business outcomes and decision-ready insights.
• Forecast revenue and resource needs with Finance, Account Management, and Delivery Leadership, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor margins, review change orders, identify financial risks, and maintain financial visibility.
