Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise Custom Networks initiatives remotely. The role oversees end-to-end program execution from initiation to closeout, coordinating scope, baselines, risk, and stakeholder alignment across diverse teams and regions.

The ideal candidate has extensive program management experience, strong executive communication, and a track record of delivering complex deployment programs with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Experience delivering enterprise telecommunications, infrastructure, or network deployment programs.
• Executive visibility and impact in strategic programs without direct authority.
• Expert knowledge of scope management, integrated planning, baseline management, change control, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program scope, deliverables, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer commitments.
• Develop and maintain integrated baselines including scope, schedule, cost, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Govern baseline changes through formal change control and executive approval processes.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple departments and regions.
• Drive governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews to align priorities and execution.
