Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of Program Management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Proven leadership of large, matrixed teams with 50+ resources.
• Experience overseeing programs with budgets exceeding $25M.
• Strong financial management including forecasting, budgeting, and program reporting.
• Customer-facing consulting, professional services, systems integration, or technology services experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Strong governance, risk management, change control, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing contracts, scope, and financial performance.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, transformational programs consisting of multiple interconnected projects.
• Establish and manage program governance, controls, reporting processes, and communication plans.
• Drive program-level decision making, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Manage program budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and resource planning.
• Provide executive-level reporting and presentations to key stakeholders.
• Ensure successful end-to-end delivery aligned with contractual commitments and business objectives.
• Oversee program milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
• Partner with leadership and technical teams to appropriately staff and resource programs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while fostering strong customer relationships.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, quality metrics, profitability, and overall program health.
• Guide and mentor project managers and team members across the program.
• Support statement of work development, contract modifications, and scope management.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for program resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
