Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional experience.
• 7 years as project or program manager on IT/complex projects.
• U.S. citizenship required per customer.
• PMP certification required.
• 3-5+ years managing indirect or direct resources.
• Solid understanding of SDLC in Agile environments.
• Agile/SAFe experience or certifications.
• Ability to oversee project budgets.
• Experience delivering IT solutions across apps, platforms, and integrated systems.
• Experience with multiple Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client interface for technology issues.
• Manage expectations, assess needs, communicate priorities.
• Develop client relationships and identify value additions.
• Review deliverables to meet quality and contractual standards.
• Perform work breakdown, cost estimation, scheduling, and tracking.
• Lead delivery across application development, systems integration, and infra.
• Define development plans and provide guidance to staff.
• Ensure teams follow lifecycle standards and security requirements.
• Provide status reports and executive briefings; manage risks & issues.
• Coordinate weekly/ monthly program reviews and deliverables.
