Job summary

You will plan, execute, and track milestones, coach project managers, and work with senior leaders to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBA or related discipline preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM) or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience, with 3+ years leading full-lifecycle ERP/enterprise platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cross-functional project plans with scope, goals, and timelines.
• Direct multiple technology projects, tracking milestones and adjusting priorities.
• Lead teams, drive collaboration, and provide clear direction in ambiguity.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and mitigate them.
• Sponsor stakeholder communications and ensure alignment with senior leadership.
