Job summary

Ditto is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own post-sales programs for select enterprise accounts. You will drive multi-threaded technical programs, translate customer needs into engineering deliverables, and orchestrate internal teams to ensure renewal outcomes and account success.

You will communicate with both engineering leads and executives, manage incidents, and contribute to refining the enterprise engagement model while working in a remote-friendly, nationwide environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing complex technical implementations with direct customer-facing accountability.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into specific, actionable engineering deliverables.
• Experience and comfort owning commercial renewals and retention outcomes without carrying a formal quota.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, under-defined environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and executive audiences.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams including engineering, product, and support without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery from kickoff to production, ensuring milestones and risks are managed.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering deliverables in partnership with Product, Engineering, and FDEs.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, support, and FDE to advance programs without direct authority.
• Own incident and escalation management end-to-end and communicate clearly to customers.
