Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise technology programs across multiple projects and teams. You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, coordinate engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, and maintain progress against milestones.

You will coach Scrum teams, mitigate risks, and adjust plans as business needs evolve, partnering with senior leaders to drive outcomes and keep delivery on track.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project or program management in Agile environments.
• Experience leading enterprise programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and delivery practices.
• Hands-on Scrum, Agile leadership, and team coaching.
• Experience managing program strategy, plans, milestones, budgets, resources, and KPIs.
• Proven ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive mitigation.
• Experience coordinating engineering, IT, and business teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise technology programs consisting of multiple projects.
• Develop program strategy, business cases, roadmaps, and high-level project plans.
• Coordinate engineering, development, deployment, IT, and business teams.
• Establish milestones and monitor progress against schedules, resources, budgets, and delivery goals.
• Provide reporting on KPIs, risks, dependencies, resources, and milestone delivery.
• Coach teams on Agile processes, Scrum values, and effective delivery practices.
• Adjust scope, timing, priorities, and plans as business needs change.
• Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies through completion.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize technology opportunities that support business goals.
• Guide Project Managers and recommend adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Ensure requirements and design considerations support effective deployment and sustainable operations.
