Affirm seeks a Senior Product Manager to join the Agent Enablement pod, shaping how millions get help and how internal teams deliver support. You will own the roadmap, partner with Engineering, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leadership to drive impact and scale through AI-powered tooling.

You’ll translate frontline feedback into strategy, define success metrics, and lead cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Ability to design for scale with AI and automation.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, and operations.
• Proven track record of building and delivering roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and agents through research and data.
• Streamline workflows with operations teams to boost productivity.
