Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Agent Enablement pod, shaping the experiences of agents and customers at scale. You will drive research-led decisions, partner with Servicing and Operations to streamline workflows, and lead AI-driven improvements that boost agent efficiency and reduce contact volume.

You’ll own a thoughtful roadmap, translate insights into strategy, and collaborate across Engineering, Analytics, and Legal to deliver impact in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience designing scalable workflows and tools for agents.
Familiarity with AI tooling and automation to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

Understand customer and agent needs through research and data.
Partner with Servicing, Analytics, and Ops to streamline workflows.
Identify opportunities for AI-enabled tooling and lead build-vs-buy decisions.
Define a clear product roadmap and drive execution from concept to launch.
Translate market insights into strategy and measurable goals.
Define and track success metrics and run experiments to improve outcomes.
Design scalable systems for growth and new contact channels.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, and leadership.
