Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agent Enablement pod to shape how millions get help, by building tools, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities that empower agents to support customers with speed, accuracy, and care.

You’ll partner across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, and Leadership to drive a scalable, data-informed roadmap and measure outcomes in a remote-first environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Build for scale with empathy for customers and agents.
• Thrive in complexity and redesign service strategy or debug workflows.
• Lead with insight, combining product intuition and analytics.
• Operate with ownership, moving quickly and delivering outcomes.
• Communicate clearly to align stakeholders across teams.
• Bonus: experience with customer support platforms, AI, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and agents through research, data, and iteration.
• Streamline workflows with Servicing and Operations to boost productivity.
• Design for scale using AI and automation; evaluate build vs buy for AI tooling.
• Own an ambitious roadmap from concept to launch and beyond.
• Translate insights into strategy with market trends and frontline feedback.
• Define metrics, set success criteria, and drive performance via experiments.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leadership.
