Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agent Enablement pod to shape how millions get help, through AI-powered tools, workflows, and internal capabilities for agents and customers.

You will drive a scalable roadmap, balance speed with quality, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Legal to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions at scale in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• You craft intuitive experiences for customers and agents that balance high-tech efficiency with a human touch.
• Thrive in complexity by redesigning service strategy or debugging agent workflows in the same day.
• Lead with insight using product intuition, behavioral data, and frontline feedback.
• Operate with ownership: move fast, bring order to ambiguity, and drive meaningful outcomes.
• Communicate to drive clarity, align stakeholders, and influence roadmaps at all levels.
• Bonus if you’ve worked on customer support platforms or AI-assisted automation.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers and agents through research, data, and iteration.
• Champion operational excellence by streamlining workflows with Servicing and Operations teams.
• Design for scale through AI and automation and evaluate AI tooling builds vs buys.
• Drive a bold, prioritised roadmap from concept to launch and beyond.
• Translate insights into strategy with market trends and frontline feedback.
• Define metrics, set success criteria, and use experiments to improve performance.
• Build scalable systems to support growth and new contact channels.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and executives.
