Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agent Enablement pod to shape the experience of help for millions of customers. You will influence how agents work and how tooling, workflows, and AI capabilities improve speed, accuracy, and care.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leadership to drive a scalable product strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship impactful features in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience designing for scale with AI/automation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
• Experience with customer support platforms or internal tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers and agents through research and data.
• Champion operational excellence with Servicing and Operations teams.
• Design for scale through AI and automation and lead build-vs-buy evaluations.
• Drive an ambitious, thoughtful roadmap from concept to launch.
• Translate insights into a clear product vision informed by market trends.
