Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Agent Enablement pod, shaping tools, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities that help agents support millions of customers with speed, accuracy, and care.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, and Legal to design scalable systems, translate insights into strategy, and drive an ambitious roadmap from concept to launch and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Ability to translate customer and agent needs into product vision.
• Experience with AI tooling and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer and agent needs through research and data.
• Collaborate with Servicing, Operations, and Engineering to improve workflows.
• Define a scalable product roadmap and measure success with clear metrics.
• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations for AI tooling that enhances experiences.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive cross-functional progress.
