You will understand customer and agent needs, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead a roadmap that balances high-tech efficiency with a human touch. This role offers broad impact and opportunities to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building consumer/customer or internal tooling platforms.
• Ability to design for scale and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers and agents through research and data.
• Champion operational excellence with Servicing and Operations teams.
• Design for scale with AI and automation to boost efficiency.
• Drive a thoughtful, ambitious roadmap from concept to launch.
• Translate insights into strategy with market trends and frontline feedback.
• Define metrics and use experiments to improve performance.
• Build scalable systems for growing business and new channels.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal and leadership.
