Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agent Enablement pod to shape tools, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities that help our agents support millions of customers with speed, accuracy and care.

You'll partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and senior leaders to drive a scalable roadmap, define metrics, and deliver impact across the servicing organization in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Build for scale and empathy for customers and agents.
• Thrive in complexity and manage changing priorities.
• Lead with insight from data, trends, and frontline feedback.
• Operate with ownership, move quickly, and deliver outcomes.
• Communicate clearly to align stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers and agents through research and data.
• Champion operational excellence with Servicing and Operations teams.
• Design for scale with AI and automation; evaluate AI tooling.
• Drive a robust roadmap; prioritize and guide execution from concept to launch.
• Translate insights into strategy with market trends and frontline feedback.
• Define metrics and use experiments to drive performance improvements.
• Build scalable systems for future growth and new contact channels.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leaders.
