Charter Communications, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Client Partner in New York to own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise clients.

You will build executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders, align Spectrum’s managed and professional services to client goals, and drive measurable business value. You will lead multi-year engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage the full sales cycle from qualification through close, and ensure client success with a rigorous account

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years enterprise sales or account experience.
• Experience managing C-suite relationships in large enterprises.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and expansion in complex accounts.
• Experience leading multi-year, multi-SOW engagements in the $5M-$20M+ TCV range.
• Background in managed services, consulting, or cloud-based solution selling.
• Experience selling hybrid and multi-cloud solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own executive-level relationships across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Drive growth, retention, and outcomes for the client portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client objectives.
• Lead complex engagements from opportunity to close.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business outcomes.
• Manage account planning, forecasting, and pipeline discipline.
• Escalate and resolve client issues at the executive level.
