Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager - Dark Fiber & Infrastructure to lead pricing strategy, deal support and financial analysis for fiber infrastructure offerings with a focus on hyperscale customers and large enterprise opportunities.

This hybrid role partners with Sales, Finance, Network Planning, Product, Legal and Executive leadership to structure complex opportunities, support negotiations, and drive disciplined commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 6+ years of pricing and financial analysis experience in telecom/high-tech with focus on Dark Fiber.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and complex contractual agreements (infrastructure/IRU).
• Experience evaluating capital-intensive infra opportunities and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic leadership across commercial, technical, and financial teams; strong business judgment.
• Pricing experience with profitability analysis and investment return metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies and financial models for dark fiber and related network solutions focusing on hyperscale/large enterprise opportunities.
• Lead commercial pricing support for complex bids, overbuilds, and strategic customer pursuits.
• Model deal economics including revenue, margin, capital requirements, payback and NPV.
• Structure and price IRU, lease and other long-term arrangements for metro/long-haul fiber.
• Collaborate with Sales/leadership to create customer-specific pricing aligned with market competitiveness and Verizon returns.
• Support negotiation strategy by evaluating pricing/concessions.
• Build/maintain pricing tools, scenario models for executive review.
• Work with Network Engineering to incorporate route design/cost into models.
• Prepare executive-level summaries of deal economics, risks, and pricing positions.
• Forecast revenue and portfolio performance with Finance/Sales/Product.
• Conduct post-deal analysis to improve pricing discipline and win-rate.
