Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six+ years of pricing and financial analysis experience in telecom/high-tech, focused on Dark Fiber.
• Expert-level financial modeling and management of complex contracts with infrastructure/IRU elements.
• Experience evaluating capital-intensive infra opportunities and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic cross-functional leadership across commercial, technical and financial teams.
• Pricing principles, profitability analysis and investment return metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies and financial models for dark fiber and network solutions targeting hyperscale and large enterprises.
• Lead commercial pricing support for bids, custom builds, overbuilds, and strategic pursuits.
• Model deal economics including revenue, margins, capital needs, payback and NPV.
• Structure and price IRU, lease and other long-term arrangements for metro and long-haul fiber.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to craft customer-specific pricing aligned with return thresholds.
• Support negotiation strategy by evaluating pricing and contractual concessions.
• Build pricing tools, scenario models and executive-ready packages.
• Coordinate with Network Engineering to incorporate route costs and delivery considerations.
• Prepare executive summaries of deal economics, risks and assumptions.
• Partner with Finance, Sales and Product on forecasts and portfolio metrics.
• Conduct post-deal analysis to improve pricing discipline and win-rate.
