Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager - Dark Fiber & Infra to lead pricing strategy, deal support and financial analysis for fiber offerings with a focus on hyperscale and large enterprise opportunities. You will act as the lead financial architect for complex bids, custom builds, and strategic pursuits.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Network Planning, Product, Legal and Executives to structure opportunities, support negotiations, and drive disciplined commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of pricing and financial analysis experience in telecom/high-tech.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling for complex contracts.
• Experience with infrastructure opportunities and IRU models.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies and financial models for dark fiber and related network solutions.
• Lead commercial pricing support for complex bids, custom builds, overbuilds and strategic pursuits.
• Model and analyze deal economics including revenue, margin, capex, payback, and NPV.
• Structure and price IRU, lease and other long-term commercial arrangements.
• Partner with Sales and leadership to create customer-specific pricing recommendations.
• Support negotiation strategy by evaluating pricing concessions.
• Build and maintain pricing tools, scenario models, and executive-ready packs.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering to include route design and build costs in models.
• Prepare clear, executive-level summaries of deal economics, risks, and assumptions.
• Partner with Finance, Sales and Product on forecast assumptions and portfolio metrics.
• Conduct post-deal analysis to improve pricing discipline and win rates.
