Job summary

Verizon seeks a Senior Pricing Manager for Dark Fiber & Infrastructure to lead pricing strategy, deal support and financial analysis for fiber infrastructure offerings targeting hyperscale and large enterprise opportunities.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Network Planning, Product, Legal and executives to structure complex opportunities, forecast revenue, and drive disciplined commercial outcomes. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience in pricing/financial analysis.
• Six or more years of pricing and financial analysis in telecom or high-tech sectors with focus on Dark Fiber.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and management of complex contractual agreements (infrastructure/IRU).
• Experience evaluating capital-intensive infra opportunities and communicating to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic leadership across commercial, technical, and financial teams; strong business judgment and presentation skills.
• Pricing experience including understanding pricing principles, profitability analysis, and ROI metrics.
• Industry knowledge of Dark Fiber economics and AI infrastructure trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies and financial models for dark fiber and related network solutions with emphasis on hyperscale opportunities.
• Lead commercial pricing support for complex bids and strategic customer pursuits.
• Model and analyze deal economics including revenue, margins, capex, payback, and NPV.
• Structure and price IRU, lease and other long-term arrangements for metro and long-haul opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to craft customer-specific pricing aligned with market competitiveness.
• Support negotiation strategy by evaluating pricing implications and concessions.
• Build pricing tools, scenario models, and executive-ready approval packages.
• Work with Network Engineering to include route costs and delivery considerations in models.
• Prepare executive summaries of deal economics, risks, assumptions, and pricing positions.
• Partner with Finance, Sales and Product on forecast assumptions and portfolio metrics.
• Conduct post-deal analysis to improve pricing discipline and win-rate.
