Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to oversee complex compliance across national projects, including prevailing wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, and PLA compliance. This role emphasizes audit readiness and regulatory adherence.

The position is fully remote with travel to SOLV Energy offices or job sites as needed. You will lead compliance, mentor teammates, review subcontractor classifications, and coordinate with clients, government

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
5+ years of compliance experience on federal/state funded construction projects.
Experience leading others and mentoring compliance professionals.
Advanced knowledge of federal/state labor laws including DBRA and DOL.
Expertise in prevailing wage enforcement and certified payroll auditing.

Responsibilities

Provide national labor compliance leadership across projects and contractors.
Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subs.
Review and audit DOL classification requests for compliance accuracy.
Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, and PLA/Two-Trade rules.
Conduct proactive audits and risk assessments to mitigate findings.
Coordinate audits with clients, government agencies, and unions.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and respond to inquiries.
